Love is something that can make you a better person or a worst person. If someone is doing something good for you without any benefit it's mean they love you. They take care of you. In today's life everyone is ignoring their mental health. Everyone is running for some fame,money etc. And in the end they commit suicide because they are not able to find that things.  Life is a blessing. You have to make it beautiful by taking care of your mental health with physical health.  First you have to choose things that make you happy. If anything is hurting you then try to leave it. God has a better plan for you leave that on HIM.  Second you have to find better activities for you. That helps you for relaxation.  Third you have to make better relations with God . Your mental health is as important as physical ones. So try to take care of that as you take care of things you love.
